Fast-Track services were rendered with a multi-phased construction documents and complex multi-jurisdiction permitting. Project management carried through from pricing drawings to construction administration. |

• Renovation of the Charles E. Bennett Federal Building, Jacksonville, FL: Construction documents for a $24 million major renovation of an existing 10-story office building following guidelines for energy efficiency, code upgrading and the renovation of all public spaces. Project Management was performed through the Construction Documents phase with the coordination efforts of an 11 consultant design team. |
