Rebecca Guarda was born in Rome, Italy, and relocated to the United States in 1979. She attended Rhode Island School of Design where she received both a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Architecture in 1992. She continued her studies at Miami International University of Art & Design where she received a Masters of Fine Arts in 2006.
Her work includes architecture, large scale art installations, ceramic sculptures, photography, and a collaborative project under the moniker of Devil-Saint Inc. Her artworks can be found in the Miami Dade County Art Bank Collection as well as in private collections throughout the United States. Rebecca’s recent photographs and sculptures have been exhibited at the Berkeley Art Center in California, the Heriard Cimino Gallery in New Orleans, and at the Centro Cultural Espanol in Miami. Her current art and design studio practice is based in Sebastopol, California. She would love to hear from you!
